This actually helps me- a lot!
I almost never write reviews- but this product has helped me a lot. I have tried snore strips (which help a little) and tongue placement products to little effect- but this simple device has greatly reduced my snoring and I have felt much better rested when using it (as has my wife!). At first it was hard to get used to sleeping only on my sides- I ended up buying a body pillow that helps keep my shoulders aligned (any large pillow would probably suffice) and now I have a winning combination. One important note- it is a little hard to tell from the pictures- but the 'ball' on this is much larger than a tennis or racket ball and I think that really helps keep you off your back, and is the reason I chose this solution.

Works well but totally ruins your sheets
Worked very well to keep me off my back. But as others have said, the Velcro shreds my sheets and pjs. Too bad because it worked very well, that my husband confirmed. It was pretty comfortable. With a Stretch that gave a little. Like a hug. But it is wearing a hole in our sheets. I can not be buying new sheets every month or two. Still shopping for an alternative. While using an old set of sheets.

Don’t buy this!
I bought this belt to help keep me on my side as I have mild sleep apnea. While it may keep you on your side, not only did the Velcro ok the belt destroy my soft sheets by ripping up the fabric, it is hot. Additionally the ball fell out of the belt during sleep so it was useless for me.

Works great, but damaged my sheets
Comfortable, works well, easy to turn over without ending up on my back. Only recently, the belt was in such a position during my sleep that the "hooks" in the hook and loop material were directly under me while I slept. When I got up, I heard the tearing sound one would hear when Velcro strips are separated. What I was hearing was the hooks separating from my sheet. This did not tear my sheet, but the fabric was terribly pilled or full of fuzz balls. It was so pronounced, that the fabric was noticeably thinner where this happened. This did not happen until after my return window had closed. Have not heard back from seller regarding request to return.

Works for us
Got my husband a large one to stop him from sleeping on his stomach and it works. I then decided to get me a small one for myself to stop me from sleeping on my left side (shoulder pain) and I should have gotten a second large one. The small is just too small, it will work but it is too tight and I am not big or anything.

At last something that works!
I have had a snoring problem for years. It has affected my wife and I horribly. I have tried everything under the sun, CPAPs, nose strips, mouth guards and even chin straps. From the very first time I used SnoreOver, it was an amazing change. I stopped waking up 4 or 5 times a night to get a drink cause my mouth was so dry. I stopped yawning all morning and had so much more energy. But most of all, my wife is now sleeping throughout the night. I used to feel so guilty that something I could not control made her life so difficult. I would suggest every who snores to give SnoreOver a try.

Seems to Work but Too Tight for Anyone Larger than Medium Shirt Size
It seems to work fairly well. The only problem is that it only fits someone that is about a Medium shirt size well. If you are a Large or X-Large it will be very, very tight around your chest. It's silly that they don't make larger sizes or provide enough Velcro fabric to fit Medium to Large at least.

Defective Product
Seemed a little overpriced for what I got when I received it but the concept worked keeping me on my side during the night. Then the second night using the belt the ball on the back of the belt came out in the middle of the night. Again a couple of nights later the ball came out in the middle of the night. Then after a few days of use the stitching on the belt began to come off. Probably because of the strength of the Velcro when taking off the belt in morning.
