Great design, could use some venting
I repurposed an SSD from a non-functional laptop into this enclosure. It worked great and was just what I needed. One minor issue is the lack of any venting on the enclosure. Heavy SSD usage generates heat and I could feel the heat from the SSD. It may reduce SSD life if you use it excessively. I really appreciate the combo USB-A/C cable.

Seems fine so far!
I needed an enclosure to reuse an old mSATA drive when upgrading an old Intel NUC used as a server to a larger drive and the options for mSATA enclosures are pretty slim these days, but this seems solid so far!I haven't pushed it hard or anything crazy but it's been working fine for moving some large files between machines and speed tests are pretty much equal to how it measured internally. The included cable having a built in USB-C to USB-A adapter is super convenient for bouncing between modern and older machines as well without having to switch cables or keep track of small adapters. It's using a Realtek RTL9201 controller and has been recognized correctly on Windows and macOS, I haven't had a chance to try it on Linux yet but I don't see why it wouldn't work. It also supports SMART data!

Highly satisfied
Very simple to use. If you can use a screwdriver (included) you can have your external drive operating in minutes!

Nice external nvme ssd enclosure for the money
Did what it said. I used it for a super cheap 128gb Orico SSD to hook up via usb to a pi 5b. It worked no problems, 2 screws and included the screw driver (The used a hex head screw which was different). Solid little clear case. The only downside was getting the case open the first time. This thing latches strongly SHUT! I had to use a flat head on the very end where the usb port was to get it to pop up. I had to be very careful so I didn't scratch or crack the acrylic, but it did come open with a little tlc. I did take one star off because it was not as easy as it should be, but otherwise installing it was easy enough. It did come with a usb-a / c cord to connect it to either 1.Overall, this is really affordable enclosure, and did what I needed.

Laptop mSATA data retrieval
Good enclosure for mSATA SSD drives when you need to transfer large amounts of data or check contents of SSD on broken laptops, etc. Be advised it does not have any physical fan or cooling system; depending how long it is in continuous use may produce some heat.

Makes cloning an existing MSATA drive a breeze!!!
Excellent little enclosure and allowed my to be able and clone my wife's MSATA in her computer to a larger MSATA drive and then just hot swap them so I didn't have to install a new OS session. I've kept it with the old MSATA in it as a back up drive that we can use like a USB stick at any time.

Much needed enclosure
I had an unused 128GB M.2 drive sitting around for a while, just collecting dust until I picked up an Xbox 360 to relive the glory days a few days ago at a yard sale. Of course, I needed storage, and what better way to put that M.2 to use? It was technically old but brand new, still sealed in the box.So I went searching for the right enclosure and, thanks to Google, came across this awesome see thru one. I expected it to be pricey, but it was surprisingly affordable. I’ve always loved transparent tech—consoles, controller shells, cases… even (jokingly) my woman’s clothes!Needless to say, I had to have it. Once everything arrived, the M.2 fit perfectly, worked flawlessly, and now I’m back to gaming and saving progress like it’s 2009. Google and Amazon really came through in helping me find exactly what I needed.
