They do pitch my small ears but that's after several hours of use. The noise canceling function lone, without any music playing, is enough to deaden a lot of the office ambient noise. They are so good that a friend tried them at a meet up and four other people in the group purchased the same headphones. They charge easily and the charge holds for a good 4 hours. I wish it comes with some kind of hard cover carrying case to protect it in my bag. I have a second pair for home but switched them out with my traveling pair because the band popped. So take care when storing them away in your bag.

This is the second pair sent to me that fell apart. The first pair fell apart while I was out of my first run with them and the company replaced them. The second pair I used for a week and again the casing around the ears fell off this time while in a gym bag. Very sad they don’t make the first pair of jams I owned those were great and lasted a year and a half

I had two different pairs of Jam Transit headphones (since discontinued) that I loved.These? Not as much.They are not as crisp sounding, don’t fit as well and appear to cap the max volume at a lower level for my “protection” which I don’t care for.They’re just OK. Not as good as earlier models from the same company.

Comfortable with great sound and light weight.

I liked the noise cancelling feature however the earphones are way too small! I have owned several earlier versions of this exact brand and headset and they are great, got this for the tactile buttons but they are not comfortable at all.

I bought these for an 8 hour flight thinking they might help reduce the noise of the airplane. I put them on and was instantly amazed on how well they cancelled out the surrounding noises. I would definitely recommend.

The sound quality is clear and so far works great and i hope it last long. i like it.

Works great. This is my second one. The other jam I had lasted over a year of everyday use. The band broke other than that it was great.

Headband broke in about 2 weeks of use. Poor quality. Should come with a roll of duct tape.
