Cleans better than a manual toothbrush
The toothbrush cleans way better than a normal toothbrush. Battery lasts 10 days as promised. Only downside is that the replacement heads are not easily available, hence I will deduct 2 stars there.

Dead battery
Had this about 6 months and the battery is dead / wont hold a charge.

Does not charge in 110v countries.
Bought this toothbrush for travelling. Did a trip to Mexico and to my surprise, does not charge in 110v countries (USA, Canada...).The charger is only 220v, which is totally ridiculous.Wrote to Colgate to point this out and was informed to take an adapter with me.I had to point out that an adapter ( which I had) is totally different from an electricity converter, a heavy piece of equipment that I would not take for travelling.Very badly thought for travelling.
