I found out ahead of vitamin D deficiency about two years ago and I’ve been taking a prescription vitamin D, then switched to over-the-counter. I was looking for something different and stumbled across this. And let me say it has made a tremendous difference. I’m on my second pill, but I could tell a difference in how I felt in 24 hours. This is the first vit D that has actually worked to get my levels up and not hurt my stomach while its doing it. I feel this is a bit high, even tho I feel good. This test was done 24 hours after taking dosse.Update: 2nd test I did it after 3 days and level was 62 - still better than normal Vit D3, but clear that no matter what kind, I don't store it when using it orally. I think instead of taking 1x a week, or 2x a week, I need to take it once ev 4 days which is harder to keep track of, but if I want to maintain a good level....

The average person is deficient in vitamin D, and it can be difficult to get levels up enough to feel a difference. I work from home so getting outside in the sun and getting all the vitamin D I need is tricky but Sunday capsules make it easy. After 1 dose I felt like my mood was uplifted. I don’t like having to take daily vitamins but once a week I’d do easy to do. Highly recommend.
