Not for standard size air vents.I had to use 2 filters to cover my vent.

Magnetic Mesh Vent Cover
The vent cover fits a standard 4 x 10 floor vent. It does impact the amount of air flow a little but not significantly. The magnet is strong and the mesh cover should not move accidentally. Small items like earrings, paper clips, etc. can’t fall through the mesh into the duct work. It performs its intended purpose well. The vent covers come with filters but I didn’t use those because they seemed to limit air flow more than I would like.

Absolutely useless
With the filter and the magnetic trap mesh, there is absolutely no airflow. Tried it with just the mesh trap and it cuts the airflow by 80%. Useless. Save your money.
