I wish I'd bought this months ago ... struggled with plantar since May 2020 thought the exercises etc would help ... don't bother, just get one of these and you'll be back up to speed immediately. I'm a size 6.5 bought a small ... superb.

Confusing size chart which meant the sock was so tight it caused a problem to use. If you need this product order a size bigger.

I sprained may ankle a few weeks ago. This is by far the best brace I've ever gotten. I have internal pins in my ankle so the ones with hard sides would hurt. This one is comfortable and it keeps my ankle supported. Now I am able to cycle again. Great product.

AWESOME ankle brace
I really love this ankle brace! It sits snug, but not too tight. It also has these awesome foamy 'bubbles' that sit perfectly on both sides of ankle joint for extra cushion and stability. I bought this brace when I was diagnosed with a 2nd degree sprain (which means the ligamint partially tore) and my podiatrist was insistent that I had to stay off of it for over 1 month. Unfortunately, that is super difficult because I live in a big city and I walk EVERYWHERE! I bought this brace to wear all day for lots of added stability and compression to ensure I wasn't doing more damage and to aid healing. I think my ankle feels significantly improved because of this brace (I have hardly any pain, no swelling, and I got my full range of movement back)! Yes, I am still resting (per the doc's orders), but it is wonderful to not have pain or swelling anymore, and I definitely credit that to the extra stability I got from this brace.

after the 3rd time did help,
my ankle is very weak, I have pains at night, need support at night, this makes my ankle really stiff in the morning and dosent really help my arthritis at all
