Siena Stainless Steel Electric Heated Towel Rail H800mm W600mm Mirror Polished Finish

I bought this as we were fed up with damp towels in the bathroom. I fitted it, following the provided instructions and I'm amazed that everything lined up and feels solid and secure. I am very impressed with the quality and how fast it heats up. Brilliant price. Does exactly what I wanted it to and looks very smart

Nice radiator, easy to fit. Just the right amount of heat to get your towels dry. The 2_4 hour timer is a real bonus, can't go wrong at the price overall excellent value for money

The users specify mounting the rail well above floor level for safety reasons but this is only necessary where children are involved for all practical purposes the rail need to be at a lower position for easy access.The controls are at the lower RHS so when the rail is lower this control panel is too low to read. There is an on'off pushbutton switch and what looks like a means of selecting two time periods BUT there is no information included to provide information on how to operate them.All together its a superbly British made rail spoilt by a simple lack of technical user information.

Exactly as described and probably better, looks good when installed and heats up quickly, even though a low wattage this towel rail hot ...so economical too.

This arrived as one large piece, and then a smaller box with the accessories. It required a professional installation and took an electrician, the best part of an hour and a half to attached to the wall and sort the wiring.It’s super easy to use in that it has an on off button and a timer function for two hours or four hours.Helpfully it runs on 240 V same as the lights and therefore we did not have to worry about where the closest electrical socket was to the bathroom. Our electrician just run the wiring up to the bathroom lights and into the loft. It seems to warm up evenly across the rail as soon as the switch is pressed.There are no extremes of temperature, and it is safe to touch when switched on. Exactly what we needed to encourage our towels to dry throughout the winter months.

Great looking product - well made and thoughtful fitting instructions. A really pleasant experience all round.

Not enough heat emitted

Very happy with this towel rail.You just need to be really accurate with the hole positions for the four mounting posts!The timer feature is nice but it would be better if there was also a time-out over say an 8 or 12 hour period. As it is, if you switch on without pressing one of the 2 or 4 hour buttons it will stay on forever!
