These are simply sprouted and rolled. They have a full oaty flavour and make a satisfying porridge! Directions: For best results cook on the hob. IN A PAN: Take 1 cup of oats, 3 cups of water/milk and either salt or sweetener to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes until most of the water has cooked down, stirring occasionally. IN A MICROWAVE: Take 1 cup of oats, 3 cups of water/milk and either salt or sweetener to taste. Pour the oats and half of the liquid into a bowl. Cook on full power for 2 minutes then stir. Add half the remaining liquid, cook for 1 minute then stir. Add the rest of the liquid, cook for 1 minute then stir and leave to cool and thicken for a minute.
