Folate is organic
Due to external toxins, my blood is deficient in iron and all b vitamins. Drs wanted me to take folic acid but as that's a synthetic I opted to buy this. Along with b complex and iron. Seems to be of good quality..organic and natural. I'd recommend

Great for "slow" COMT and MAO-A to boosts methylation very gently
Naturally occurring folates are the absolute best form of folates and do not cause me any of the anxiety and restlessness symptoms that even tiny doses of methylated versions will cause, plus I do not have to worry about my body having to deal with processing and clearing of synthetic folic acid. Absolutely zero side effects which is rare for me.

I'm very pleased with this product! These NaturesPlus Source capsules are small, odorless and tasteless and are an excellent source of folate. Great to maintain energy throughout your day
This is a powerful supplement. I was fasting and took these on an empty stomach. I typically feel relaxed/ semi-tired at work as the evening approaches.
