Needs Instructions
This is very solidly built but would be great if it came with instructions for people not familiar with the techniques for arm wrestling. The hold can be a bit awkward and even can hurt the wrist if you don't understand the technique to make it effective. If you know have the knowledge this thing will absolutely destroy your biceps and forearms which is amazing.

It will support up to a max weight of 300 lbs. so, there is plenty of challenge. It has a stainless-steel ring to secure weight too. It measures in at 6.5" X 2" X 2" and weighs around 2.25 ounces.
