Stihl products have a reputation for quality and this is no exception.Easy to set up and use perhaps you pay a little more but it oozes quality,all in all very happy with my purchase. I must also add that the delivery from the supplier was extremely quick.

Made very light work of a very large hedge, an excellent tool.

As expected from Stihl,a quality tool

I had problems starting and keeping this Stihl hedge trimmer running, so spoke to Daryl, who looks after online sales for TW Tool Superstore. He was extremely courteous and efficient, and arranged for the item to be collected and sent back to Stihl's service and repair centre under warranty. The item was turned around in record time, and advice was given after the unit had been drained, cleaned and tested, then totally drained for shipment. It took a bit of extra effort to fully recharge the fuel level in the lines, but this time the problem, of engine dying after starting was totally cured. Many thanks Daryl for your patience and great support. Will use TW Tools again next time I am looking for tools and garden machinery.

I bought this to cut my hedges I started it up only ran for 10 minutes cut out started it again wouldn’t stay running a ware of money I paid 5000 euros I’m very annoyed a bloody rip off
