Im giving this 5 stars because I got 1 large bear plus 3 small bears. It was a good price for 4 bears, and they are soft and cuddly. BUT the bears arrived understuffed and very floppy. I purchased a bag of stuffing and made small holes and stuffed the 3 small bears. The large bear would not sit up when I got it, but it has a zipper in back and I packed that area with stuffing as well. The extra stuffing did wonders, but not necessary to enjoy. The bows were very wrinkly because the 3 small bears arrived inside the large bears zippered pouch and all were vacuum packed. I replaced the bows on the large bear and one small bear in this photo. Im happy how they look once stuffed more. The bears aren't the best quality of sewing, but for $36 im happy.

The size is impressive—the big Bigfoot is huge and very comforting, and the smaller baby Bigfoot is a cute bonus. Both are very soft, making them great for hugging, lounging, or imaginative play. It definitely feels like a fun statement plush and works well as a bedroom or playroom companion. The only downside is that the fur does shed a bit. We noticed some fur coming loose after a few days, which is something to be aware of, especially if your child likes to carry it around a lot. Overall, if you’re buying for a Bigfoot or cryptid-loving kid, this is a fun, cozy, and memorable gift. Super cute and soft!! Didn’t think it was going to be this big. Only complaint I have is, it isn’t stuffed very well. Needs more stuffing in my opinion.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. The photos make it appear much fuller and better stuffed than what I actually received. In reality, the item looks and feels like it is worth no more than $5—not the $60 that I paid. The quality is very poor, and this was intended to be a gift. Unfortunately, I feel embarrassed even attempting to give it as one. It arrived compressed in an extremely small package, which clearly reflects the lack of stuffing. As shown in the photo, my husband is holding it by the neck to demonstrate how empty and flat it is. This is, without question, the worst stuffed animal I have ever purchased. I am requesting a full refund so I can purchase a suitable replacement elsewhere. Please advise on the next steps to process this refund. Thank you.
