โญ Excellent Wi-Fi 6 Performance at a Great Price
This router exceeded my expectations. Installation took only a few minutes, and the signal strength is much better than my previous router. The 3000 Mbps capability provides plenty of bandwidth for my family's daily use, including smart home devices, laptops, TVs, and smartphones. The connection remains stable throughout the day, and I haven't experienced any dropouts. A solid choice for anyone wanting dependable Wi-Fi 6 performance.

Rock-Solid Mesh Router โ Perfect for Modern Homes
As a networking engineer, Iโm usually skeptical of consumer-grade routers, but the D-Link M30 Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Router genuinely impressed me. Setup & Coverage: The installation was seamless took less than 10 minutes using the app. The mesh system eliminated dead zones across my 3BHK, with stable coverage even in corners where Wi-Fi usually drops. Performance: With Wi-Fi 6, speeds are consistent and optimized even when 20+ devices are connected. I tested video calls, gaming, and 4K streaming simultaneously zero lag, zero packet loss. Design & Build: Sleek, modern design that blends into interiors. Itโs compact yet powerful. AI-Driven Optimization: The adaptive routing and AI features ensure the best channel selection automatically. No manual tweaking needed. For anyone looking at future-proofing their home, the M30 is an excellent investment. It balances professional-grade stability with consumer-friendly ease of use. Highly recommended!

No signal
Worst product only for one room. Coverage is very bad, Tenda serving better than this

No more wifi dead spots with two of these in a mesh set-up.
Excellent router! I bought two of these for a total of 7.2k making them a great value purchase when on sale. I had so many dead spots with my earlier set-up with a Jio fiber wifi 5 router plus a Jio wifi 5 range extender in my two-floor bungalow. I have disabled the wifi on my Jio fiber and connected one d-link wifi 6 router to the Jio router by cable on the first floor hall and the second one is placed on the ground floor hall without any LAN connection as a mesh range extender. I now get wifi coverage in every corner of my house with two of these routers working as a mesh network. The mobile app has a simple and user friendly UI/UX. The new dual band mesh network supports older IOT devices while giving amazing bandwidth for modern laptops and phones having wifi 6 antennae.

Decent product but a little pricey
With Wifi6 (802.11ax) enabled, the range for 5Ghz is good and also for 2.4 GHz. On a 100 Mbps BSNL connection, I used to get 20-30 Mbps using deco m4. With this router I get 60+ Mbps at the same location using 2.4 Ghz. So definite improvement and mostly solved range issue for me. App doesn't have much setting options. For a normal user it should be fine. But someone who needs more advanced settings need to login to the web ui and play around.

Not an expected upgrade
Bought a single router (no extra node for mesh) since this has so many features like WiFi 6 3000 speed, 4 LAN ports. great design and better hardware than similar priced routers. Build quality is rock solid. Single light on the router looks good. It's solid white when it's connected. At the same time it's difficult to remember what other colours are. It has red orange blue and white colours if i remember correctly and they can be solid or breathing. Performance is great in 5 GHz band. 2.4 GHz band gave around 70+ Mbps speed (expected. Laptops should connect with 2x speed.) in a budget phone. But the speed dropped to 10-15 Mbps in the next room although signal strength is good. This is worse compared to TP link C7 which gives around 40-50 Mbps. From simple analysis I found that wifi is locked at 20MHz bandwidth although it supports 40. Need to upgrade firmware to see if the performance improves. Otherwise this is only good for short range, or a house with lot of open space and a few walls. Buy it for mesh network and place each node in living room, bed room and all places where we need strong WiFi.

Ideal for OpenWrt in this price range
I was looking for a router to run OpenWrt on, and the only WiFi 6 options I could find under 10k was the Asus AX53U and this one. This was a lot cheaper than the Asus (especially since I got it on sale), and had a much better processor and a lot more RAM. Writing this review after testing for almost a week. I didn't try the stock firmware, but it's working great with OpenWrt. Running 5 networks with 3 VLANs and 4 WiFi hotspots with no issues. Getting around 700mbps on a single client on 5GHz WiFi 6 when in the same room, and around 300-400mbps from other rooms. There are 5 small internal PCB antennas, like the ones on laptops. Not sure how the signal strength is vs the usual long antennas, but for a single floor, it should cover well enough without deadzones on 5GHz. I have set it to run at low signal power without issues. This is ideal for OpenWrt on a budget. The official build gives you about 28MB of storage for packages, and there's another build that merges the 2 OEM firmware partitions to give almost 80MB. That's a lot more than the 900KB I had on my Tp-Link Archer C6 previously. There is no USB on this, but for my purposes, 80MB for packages is way more than what I need. Also, it takes around 2 mins to boot on the stock firmware, and I was worried it arrived defective at first. OpenWrt boots in around 30 secs. Not sure what it says about manufacturer optimisation. There's a very chunky heatsink inside, and I'm not getting any overheating issues. Just make sure there's enough space around it for ventilation. If you need OpenWrt compatibility at a budget, this router is really good.
