GREAT R/O System, **BUT** Read This Important Tip!
This R/O system is fantastic. I've had an installed over 5 systems over the years and this is probably the best due to the ease with which you can change the filters. They fit tight, no leaks, and you can even change the filters with not even a drop of water spilled -- wow! However, do NOT buy the one with the Alkaline filter at the end. Get the T33 post carbon filter instead of the Alkaline filter. And here's why: At least for me, the Alkaline filter made the Ph too high. I tested this with a digital water testing unit. My tap water was 9 ph, but with the alkaline filter I was getting 10.5 ph out of this R/O unit. Also, TDS was 200 from tap and 70 after r/o with the alkaline filter. But after I switched the alkaline filter out for the T33 post carbon filter, my TDS went to 0 (ZERO) and my ph dropped to 8, which is the perfect ph for drinking water. Why this is so important: A ph over 10 in drinking water can cause digestive problems and loose stool. I found this was true for me. So make sure you're drinking water with a ph below 9.5. And this R/O system with the T33 filter produces absolutely perfect drinking water. Just don't get the alkaline filter, unless you plan to test your ph afterwards. It's possible that my tap Ph is just slightly high to begin with and that's why the alkaline filter over did it. Your tap water might be different. My tap water is from the municipal city water of a major city, not a well. The tap water is high quality already. So if you get the alkaline filter, just be sure you test your ph level after it's installed to ensure it's not too high. Otherwise, just get the T33 post carbon filter and you'll be perfect.

Great product!
It does an excellent job filtering water. I opted to skip the tap and it goes through my fridge so my fridge actually filters it one more time it takes away half of the minerals, but I have a bypass for it I can install to make it to where it wonโt do that. I went from 277 PPM to roughly 53. It drops all the way down to 25 with my extra filter from my fridge filtering. Excellent product I would highly recommend. I tested bottled water and it was at 20 ppm. Keep in mind bottled water has micro plastics versus this has minerals. This gives you an idea if you get the alkaline filter like I did. Itโs roughly 53 PPM with those minerals added.

So far its good! No leaks!
This is supposed to be the newer version system, and only had free product reviews, I took a chance and bought it, the older system did not include a pressure tank and I thought that would have been better, less crap under the sink, but it was a lot more money than this one with a tank, which makes no sense, more parts but cheaper? Anyway it installed super easy with everything included, took maybe an hour. I bought a water tester to test before and after and it made my well water very clean and it even tastes good with the alkaline tank. The bad news is the tiny pressure tank (1.5 gallon) included is useless, way too small, and the pressure is crap when it goes low, which is very fast, the pump does not pump the water fast like you would expect, so I decided to buy a 4 gallon tank, and it made a world of difference, the water flows nice and for plenty of time, bottom line be ready to upgrade the pressure tank if you buy this, oh and on course it went on sale right after mine shipped.

Does what it says it will!
Where I live, the TDS reading for city water was 470. After I installed the SimPure system the reading was 42. Absolutely amazing! Installation was fairly easy, took about an hour.

Water pressure
The water pressure goes down after two months of use. We changed the filters after two months and pressure was improved. It's going to be pricy if we need to change filters so quickly.

Saves on buying from the local Alkaline water fellow ๐๐ฐ๐
Works well. Brings water from 360ppm to 37-48ppm Kinda waves a little but Iโm sure itโs the water hardness that waves before it gets to the filters. Will use the same filters when I run through 580 gallons. ๐

Perfect
My husband and I have been drinking RO water for over 40 years and just recently moved into a house that we could put in a unit under the sink. This unit is absolutely wonderful and easy to use.

Good product as per the price
So far we are liking the taste of water. Will wait and see when its time to change filters and how often we need to change the filters(it does depends on how much water we are using per family ).

Leaking Tank and Low Flow Issues
I purchased this product because Simpure is based in Seattle, USA. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Within two months, the small water tank began leaking, which flooded my basement. In addition, the water flow is noticeably weak compared to what I expected. Updated: I received a new tank after contacting customer support -- all good now.
