The phone is attractive, has pretty good features, and is extremely fast. I would have tried out its features and kept it, but whenever a known number was dialed, this phone connected to some other place. The first time it connected to a chat line, the second time to a message "cannot dial this area code from current location" (which was in the same area code) and the last time "dial 9 for directory information." I am giving it 2 stars for the little experience I had with it.After attempting several times to activate the phone online, and then another hour or so with the carrier in the same endeavor, the carrier stated that it could not provide support for a phone with an uncertified. IMEI, and that this was apparently a "hotline" phone-one programmed to dial (a) certain number(s).While as long as it worked I didn't particularly care about the IMEI, but since the phone couldn't be activated, I reset the phone to factory condition and yesterday returned it to a Whole Foods Amazon return representative there.Amazon sent an email acknowledging the return yesterday, November 20th. The status on its website still says it won't be received until the 27th, and then Amazon wants another eight days after that to issue the refund, and that's the MINIMUM amount of time.I had a different phone subsequently picked out, but decided not to buy it from Amazon until the refund is issued, or in the interim, maybe from someplace else. Its incomprehensible that Amazon can get its money immediately and deliver a product as quickly as the same day, but can within one week neither transport the product to itself nor issue a refund (even with an Amazon store credit, for Pete's sake.)

Bought for my husband and he love it.

I like most everything about except that it's a little small for my taste
