Not spicy…which is good. Well seasoned and taste good on salmon, chicken, shrimp and steak. We like it a lot

after using the seasoning for years i wanted to try this, was disappointed in taste, just get the seasoning to cook meat and if you still want sauce get buffalo wild wings sauce instead
