This brand was highly recommended to me for its pure and clean ingredients. I started using it to help me sleep better at night. I was oddly waking up for 1-2 hrs at night for no reason. I have a small child so I didn’t want to take melatonin or anything that would knock me out or make me drowsy if I needed to get up for my 1 year old. The first night I took the suggested dose of 3 pills and slept through the entire night. Since then I’ve just been taking 1 or 2 and still sleeping well! Great product. Large capsule shaped pill, but fairly easy to swallow.

I absolutely hate these. Learned about the brand via It Starts With the Egg & the Ubiquinol vitamins were totally fine but these are capsules filled with powder (& maybe they have to be- idk, I’m not a vitamin expert) but they want you to take 3 and I can barely stomach 1. I rarely if ever throw anything away and I think I’m actually going to pitch these. More power to you if you feel just fine but something about them does not seem to agree with me. 🤢
