I just moved and got this little steam cleaner for two things: 1. The window tracks in my house are NASTY. I spent about 45 minutes trying to clean one manually, and it was only marginally better after all that effort. This steam cleaner did twice the job in about 10 seconds! It'll still take some brushing in the corners and some additional cleaners, but it made short work of the caked-in, years-old crud. 2. I bought a second-hand couch and used an upholstery cleaner to clean/sanitize it. Problem is, a crusty bit the previous owner said was a food spill turned out to be something gummy, almost like a glue, and no amount of scrubbing was removing it (especially not without damaging the fabric). Once again, this little steamer was quick and effective, though I only very gently used one of the brushes that came with it as they are VERY stiff and used a soft cloth to gently wipe the gunk away once it had been softened/loosened by the steamer. The water tank is a bit on the small side, but for a small to medium job, it does the trick. I love that it's corded - it does mean I have to work near an outlet, but I much prefer that to dealing with batteries and waiting for them to charge (and heating elements tend to drain batteries really fast). It doesn't heat the water in the reservoir, so you can open and fill it immediately when it runs out, unlike some steamers that have to cool and depressurize first. BE SURE TO USE DISTILLED WATER! Anything that heats water that you won't be using in food or drinks should only use distilled water to ensure it doesn't have mineral deposits form inside and prevent it from working properly! It also takes a moment to stop steaming, so be sure to have a towel or something on hand to absorb the residual sputters. That's really my only complaint with it (and it's a very small one). For this price, I don't think you could do better!

Not sure the point of this product, but the wife wanted it. We have used it once, but honestly I prefer just using a wash cloth and spray. Tried it on a couch as well, but didnt take the stain out. almost works like a small vacuum for the oven. Its ok I guess if you like this kind of thing. Ringo maybe approved!

Good value for the price. Steam is not consistent, but it is acceptable.

I didn’t like it, I think the Bissell one is a way better.

I drink a lot of coffee on my way to work which eventually results in a pretty significant need to clean my cupholders. It's not always easy to get the dried up coffee out without cleaners which sometimes leave a residue and often don't have the most pleasant smell. This steam cleaner has a want to get down into tight spaces like a cupholder and the steam is a perfect cleaner. I find this a good cleaner for small projects like tidying up my car or small messes around the house that need extra help without harsh cleaners. I don't use this for steaming wrinkles out of clothes or longer cleaning as the petite product doesn't quite have enough water room for long projects or the right attachments. No safety issues, but since you're dealing with steam you have to be careful. I've dealt with some steam cleaners that I worry about a pressure issue, but nothing is wrong with this. Five of five stars given it does the job quickly and efficiently, it has a number of attachments and tools that help clean, and is small enough to store without taking up a lot of space. Product would be slightly improved with even just a slightly bigger water reservoir and some wrinkle releasing attachments for clothing.

I decided to first try this out fresh out of the box today on the worst thing in my house the track of the sliding door. I think with a few more passes on it that it will be shiny as new when we cough this house 7 years ago. Not only did it remove some of the first that’s been difficult to come out but all around the screws and sides. I’m impressed. Very easy to use. Fill the tank and pop on accessories. The box also has quick tutorials too and the pamphlet is included. Sure easy to use. Buy it now the pressure of the steam is outstanding.

Well it dosen't work as well as I hoped it would. It does produce decent steam and it gets hot, but doesn't seem to provide amazing clean blasts. I would feel like things might be a little cleaner with the steam than without just due to the hot steam but it doesn't seem to loosen up the grime in any special way. Water tank was a bit of a challenge to fill since you need to have the steamer on a narrow side with a rounded edge. Accessories are nice, easy to attach.
