Such a beautiful designed iPhone 16 Pro Max
Ok, I’m a galaxy gal with a S25 Ultra phone. People tell me try Apple’s iPhone, and I put it off for more than 12 years. However, I do own 2 Apple Mac Minis, and I like the computers. Well, I looked up iPhones on Amazon and other sites and came across this iPhone 16 Max Pro with 8 gig ram and 1 terabyte storage for just a little over 900 dollars. A lot of money for an iPhone that’s a year old I thought. So I took the risk and made the purchase. When I got the package in the mail I hesitated even opening the box and contemplated just returning it back without giving it a chance. Well, after opening the box and charging it up, I transferred my data over to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and it worked well and fairly easy too. I still wasn’t too impressed with the iPhone just yet, but I gave it a chance. As I began using it and saw the battery life was at 98 % I thought, WOW, nice iPhone with a pretty decent battery too. I also noticed it still has an Apple warranty until March of 2026. The phone is beautiful and works great thus far, but my niece said I should get the iPhone 17 Pro Max. So I looked it up and didn’t see why I should go into a 2k debt for an iPhone 17 pro max with a 1 terabyte storage drive. After all, my iPhone 16 Pro Max still gets another 6 years of updates on the iOS software. I have to say I still have time to return this iPhone, but, right now, this is a well made and solid purchase and I feel very comfortable with it after 2 weeks of use. I still have my android Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I’m gonna keep it too, but the seller of this iPhone certainly does ship out beautiful and quality iPhones to the buyers. No scratches or dings and a great battery life too. The item arrived with great packaging and I am impressed with this seller. Now my niece with the iPhone 17 pro max with 256 gig of storage loves her phone, she’s had it for about a month now, and yes,she paid more than me and I have a 1 terabyte storage drive on mine, and her first complaint about the iPhone 17 is, the aluminum casing gets scratched up easily forcing her to get a cover so she doesn’t have to look at the scratched up case on her new iPhone. The IPhone 16 Pro Max has a titanium frame that is solid, and I do have a case over it to protect it from drops or falls. Would I recommend this iPhone and seller on Amazon. ABSOLUTELY YES! Alyssa

Exceeded our expectations!
My wife's iphone 13 was running out of storage at 128GB. We did not want to start paying for storage if we didn't have to. After doing quite a bit of research, we decided that an iphone 16 Pro Max with 1TB of storage was the way to go. I was hesitant to get a "renewed" phone, but since the return policy was excellent, we bought one from this seller. The quality of this phone is excellent - it is like brand new! I was fully expecting to find at least some minor scratches on it somewhere, but I can't find a single one! After using the phone for a few days, and finding no functional issues, knew we would be keeping it. We wanted to give it some screen protection, so we took it to our local independent phone store and had a screen protector installed (it did not come with one). So far, there are zero issues with this renewed phone! My wife loves it. With the 1TB of storage, it should last for many years to come. We would definitely buy from this seller again. Very happy with our purchase!

Minor cut on the edge of camera, Side camera button not functional, poor customer service experience
I usually don’t put feedback in reviews section, but I think this is important one and so I thought its important to provide a feedback so that customers can get a trustworthy product from Amazon renewed premium category, that really gives the customer the price point of value with money. I ordered my iPhone 16 pro max couple of days back and got it yesterday. I was very excited as I was getting 512GB storage with an amazon backed brand to claim that renewed premium category is like a new. Now as I received my phone, it all looks very nice and I start begin the setup as well as checked everything from the physical perspective if nothing is damaged, I didn’t notice anything major till my son noticed that of the lens on the back side camera have a small chip cut that can easily be observed in day light as well as buy touching it with finger. Anyway I proceed with complete setup, and begin testing the phone, everything looks to be fine, batter at 95% which is good. But then I majorly stuck on side camera button, which was not functional. I did some research on YouTube and google if some setting or config needs to change, and I followed all the steps but nothing works and the conclusion that some sensor or side button is damaged and not functioning properly and this is big red flag if I am spending close to 1000$ on renewed premium product and expecting it to at least work 4 to 5 years. I also want to mention that, amazon send me the lighting cable, instead of usb C cable. Anyway next morning I called customer care to report my feedback and explain all the details, my concern was not that I can’t return it or can’t get the refund. But my biggest concern was of Trust in the branding for renewed premium category of product. Because if Vendor is claiming what they are selling then it supposed to be that way. Because if I have to buy a renewed premium category product I may think twice or more before taking that decision, and I think used premium category is a big market, so seller should focus on quality and maintaining the brand and not to sell the defective product to customer and create so much frustration. But the good thing is at least Renewed premium category is claiming to return and refund upto 365 days that customer support specialist also told me to not worry and return and try order another one, because its rare that such kind of issue come, but anyway I see 11% of customers report bad experience so this matters. Anyway I am retuning this phone today with less than 14 hours of receiving, I am not sure if I will order again, because of all such a big hassle in the whole experience of waiting the product to arrive, setup everything, and test out and its all about experience how much you want to invest in that effort. I am updating my review on May 22 regarding my experience with customer service while following up on my refund. It has now been two days since my return. On May 20, I spoke with an Amazon specialist about a defective product and requested a replacement. I was advised that the best option would be to initiate a return and return at Whole Foods and that I would receive a refund within a week, after which I could place a new order. However, today, when I contacted customer support to check the status of my refund, I had a very disappointing experience. The representative was rude, yelled her voice, and informed me that the refund would take up to 30 days. So be prepare, if you get a defective product then you stuck with your money and wont be able to buy another unless you get your money back. This is one of the worst experience i had as i cant use the product that i paid for, and the money also stuck for a month, that i cant use to buy another phone She also stated that the previous information I received about a 7-day refund was incorrect. She was not willing to listen to my concerns and ended the call abruptly. I have never encountered such poor customer service from Amazon before. This experience was frustrating and does not align with Amazon’s stated commitment to being customer-obsessed.

Excellent condition, works like new
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this renewed iPhone 16 Pro Max. The phone arrived in near-mint condition with only minimal signs of use. Battery health was 100%, Face ID works perfectly, and all functions tested so far have worked as expected. The cameras are impressive, especially in low-light conditions. Overall, a great value and a very positive experience.

Paid for premium but did not receive it
In general; great product. Works as should for the software itself. I am displeased with the quality of the body I received. I payed for no scratches on screen and body, and I received a phone with many little scratches on the screen, one large scratch on the screen (see photo), and a crack near the charging port. (See photos) Reason I am still giving this a 4 star is because I have had no issues so far with the actual phone itself, and the battery came with 100% health. I reached out to support and they only offered a $15 refund for the problems with the body. Be mindful if you buy something, and pay for the premium, it may not be what you want.

An amazing phone
The phone itself does look amazing. I in perfect condition a couple of the camera lenses. Do you have like a little smudges which I cannot rub off but it’s fine because it does not affect the quality of my photos. Any issues of how with this device is directly because of Verizon and their customer service which is just not at the best. But I am glad I purchased his phone for now because I’m gonna be getting the next iPhone in the next few months but this particular phone top-notch in the seller amazing communication. I’ve had a bunch of questions and they help me. I haven’t had any issues with the phone overheating myself. I have stuck a screen protector on the phone since it’s out of warranty.

My First iPhone and I’m Impressed
After using Androids for 30 years I decided to give Apple a try. I told myself I’d give it a year. I ordered a renewed premium since I didn’t want to spend a it of money and I didn’t like it, I could easily return it. The phone is in mint condition. Looks brand new. Looks like the original screen and battery. So far im not only impressed wit the quality of the phone but also the interface. I’m a techy guy which is why so always stuck with Android. Apple is more widely adopted and integrates with a lot of things. I’d definitely purchase a reneeed phone again from Amazon.

Great phone!
First time buying second hand, but I was super happy with this purchase. I love the pro max, and I wanted the 16 pro max but Apple stopped selling the 16 pro max. I suggest buying the excellent condition as good will get you something you don’t like. The only downside to this phone is the battery was at 92%, and after 2-3 months of use, it’s already at 89%. However, that’s typical with Apple batteries because it won’t drop again for a couple months, usually 1-2% drop over a span of 3-4 months. The battery wasn’t replaced, it’s still the manufacturer battery. Always double check everything because even through its second hand, it’s not cheap! Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase!

Avoid at all costs
When I went to the Apple Store because I could not make this iPhone work, the way Apple qualified the product I received (branded as refurbished/renewed excellent by the seller) was “structurally damaged internally”. TrueDepth (required for camera and Face ID) typically was broken.
