Best pan I've ever bought. I was skeptical...but the non-stick is amazing. Eggs just slide right off the pan with minimal oil.

Love this frying pan! Cooks great, simple cleanup, perfect size for smaller meals. Follow instructions for first time using, keeping the heat low and gentle cleaning (no harsh cleansers) which I do by hand. No issues with the handle as some reviews have mentioned.I threw away my HexClad (same size) frying pan due to food sticking and difficulty with cleaning.

Excellent product
I bought the 8 inch pan a few weeks ago and have been using it daily. It still looks like new and the nonstick surface works great. The company gives excellent instructions and provides a small, well made screwdriver for attaching the handle. Even though I’ve used it a lot the handle hasn’t needed tightening. I have now purchased a larger version from the same company.

Decided not to review until we had used it some. This, in our estimation, it a very high quality product. Very even cooking, stunningly easy to clean.Have used well cared for cast iron in the past would never go back.Ceramic coating makes it safe. All that said, we take good care of our cooking products
