Cut away all bubble wrap, xfer to airtight container
Fresh-tasting and well packed. Don’t cut a little hole in the bubble wrap and try to wrestle one shell out; you’ll break it. Just cut ALL the bubble wrap and tape away from around ALL the stacked trays, as if you were unwrapping a precious Ming vase. Then transfer the shells to an airtight container for storage.

Very good product company does a good job wrapping the delicate shells but should use a sturdier box
4 of the canoli shells were broken all the rest were fine they look great but if more were broken I would have returned them my husband will enjoy the broken pieces with my canoli cream they really were wrapped quite well but it must have happened on the delivery truck it did have fragile stickers on the box which wasn’t very sturdy

They are the perfect size you fill
I enjoy making cannolis but I'm not keen of process to make shells. These arrived in perfect condition, no broken shells. I found them tasty, crisp and flavorful. The amount of shells were enough to give everyone some cannolis. Will buy again

When I opened the package the smell filled the kitchen. My wife, Italian & Brooklyn raised said they were spot on what she grew up with. They were delicious and packed well, no breakage.

Shells seemed a bit overcooked but flavor was ok. packaging was good only 2 shells were broken but wasn't sealed up very well.
