This watch is really useful. You can even track your heart rate, number of steps, the time, date, alarm and activities like cycling running, walking, football, hiking, treadmill, yoga, dancing, basketball, fitness, dynamic cycling, badminton, mountaineering. Only three modes can be added at a time but then you can even change it anytime you want. It can even send you notifications if you got a call and can alert you about Facebook, WeChat, QQ, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, Line, Viber, Skype, Linked in, Facebook Messenger, Kakao talk, VKontakte, Calendar, Mail and SMS's. There is even a mode called as sedentary alert. In that mode, if you are stationary for a long period of time, it alerts you to move for a while. There is even a do not disturb mode which when turned on will block all incoming notifications. You can even change the appearance of the dial. The app which is used for this is VeryFitPro. It works from IOS 7.1 and above and with iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 Series, iPhone 6/6 Plus Series, iPhone 7/7 Plus series. It works with Android systems 4.4 or above. It uses Bluetooth 4.0+. It can even track your sleep and has a remote camera control.

It’s excellent!! It means I can leave my phone in my bag at work and not worry about wether School calls me as I will see who’s calling on the tracker watch. I can hang up, see who’s messaged me etc if it’s an emergency I can just get my phone, best purchase in a while

It counts steps some days others it doesn’t worked ok at beginning just looked up my steps for the weeks told me last 3 days I have not done ANY sometimes the time will change on it in the middle of the day and go back to 00.00 for no reason. I have had it to long to return as I said it worked ok at the start. Don’t waste your money buying it wish I had put that money towards a decent one

Was fine when I got it but within a week the pulse reading function stopped working properly. It won't read a pulse higher than around 100bpm. This is the one function I need.Shame.

Very disappointed with this product . Display is not bright enough to see unless you are in a fairly dark room - not the easiest system for charging device - step counter even counts steps while I am in the car - wish I had never bought it .

Really impressed.Fitted my 8 1/2 inch wrist. Other brands seem to fall short on this size.Works well no problems setting up worked straight from box.

This was a present and so far so good. Pleased with the price I paid. It was easy to sync with the app to track steps, activity and sleep pattern. Also able to link it to email/text messages which can be seen on the screen. Overall pleased.

Great at registering walk ride n heart...sleeping bitverratic..but mayb need strap to b closer fit..n see if records my sleep.pattern.otherwise comfortable n good feedback on screen .
