Q: Does this fit the old cf 18 in amazon under the name (dometic cf-018dc portable freezer/refrigerator personal size, gray) ?

It fit a 5 year old CF18 if that helps. It worked great this year and we used a lot less power.

Q: What's the quart size of the inside, I had a 40qt Coleman thermal electric cooler but gave out?

I do not have a size 40 I have a size 50 and the size of the radiator 5 * 10.5 inches at a depth of 7 inches and the freezer 13 * 10.5 depths of 14 inches ... I hope my answer will help you
