The great thing about this product is it come with a Wi-Fi connection that allow you to control the temperature with your smart phone around the area of your house.

Did not work out of the box
Upon arrival the oven did not work. The oven would not peheat. I requested assistance via the GE chat service and was told that I needed to schedule an appointment with a service technician. It took 1 week to get a technician to come diagnose the issue and an additional week to get the parts delivered and installed. The appliance works now. No issues foe 2 weeks. At this price point I expect excellence and this product fell way short. I will never by GE again and will persuade others to stay away. Another great brand sold out to China.

Love it
We just replaced our old oven with this GE. I am beyond thrilled with it. It's so high tech. It has a touch screen and it pleasantly beeps when your oven is preheated and it talks to my smart phone! The griddle on top makes the most evenly cooked pancakes. I am so excited about the double oven feature - although I have yet to cook two things at the same time yet. It is easy to clean. All the top pieces come off and can go in the dish washer! This is the first new oven I've bought in my life. I always end up using the ones that come with our house.

Brand new oven... Does NOT work!
When I plugged in this oven eight (8) days ago, I received an error code that GE was unable to troubleshoot over the phone. I waited four days for a repair appointment (sent by GE) and the agent never arrived. I have tried to return the product, but GE will not take the oven back until a repair is attempted. I now have to wait three (3) more days to see if a repair agent will be able to fix the most expensive product I have ever purchased that did not work out of the box. Based on this experience, I have no intent of ever purchasing another GE product.I have been unable to find anyone at GE willing or able to assist me with my problem. I rarely purchase products that cost this much and was quite disappointed that it was unusable on day one, but I probably would have shrugged this experience off had had I had a better customer service experience. However, I was promised that someone would contact me within 24 hours to make an appointment; I ended up calling back to make an appointment in 36 hours. Too boot, I had to take a morning off from work to wait for the repair and the agent was a no-show. I have already talked one friend out of looking at GE as an oven replacement and intend to be a vocal advocate against this product line. The most outrageous twist is that I am not even allowed to return this broken product! I have now been reduced to online rants in the hopes of stopping others from making similar mistakes.
