Very nice fry daddy. I am happy so far. I use avocado oil. Safe for that and it does not have a heavy taste and carries the good oil we need 2tablespoons daily. You can't tell from any other. Light taste. I cooked French fries and knowing only good fat in it and triglycerides none only good stuff. Have fun.cooking time for all is correct.watch movie on site. Learn a lot. I drain and it goes into strainer and you can store in fry daddy, has lid, and slotted correct spoon for your food. Very easy to use, I feel very durable. Good fun to you. .

I’m VERY happy with it!! It’s efficient. It works well and doesn’t take tons of oil like a skillet wood. No temperature setting, but not needed – you just plug it in until it heats up enough to fry your food. Perfect way to cook the deep-fried halibut I caught at the ocean! Convenient size – very glad I got it!!!

Nothing bad to say about a Fry Daddy! My mom wanted a new one, we have always had one for frying shrimp and egg rolls. As always consistent cooking temperature for crispness, easy cleanup as you allow oil to cool the lid covers for next fry. We strain the oil for another round. Fry Daddy are reliable and versatile for any type foods and the price has always been affordable. Great little fryer.

I wanted to be able to have some fried items occasionally for just two people. This little appliance is perfect for that. The first thing I made was frozen wontons. I was concerned that they were not golden brown but had already cooked as long as the instructions said, so I removed them from the oil while I finished the entree. As the wontons sat in a bowl with paper towels to catch any oil they slowly turned golden brown and came out perfect. Next I made fried tofu cubes. I had tried to make these in a frying pan and they did not come out crispy. The ones made in the Fry Daddy were perfect. The only problem was occasional splatters from the tofu. They were dredged in corn starch before cooking and I think when I stirred them maybe a tiny bit of the crust came off or cracked allowing the hot oil to get to the tofu. A hot splatter would shoot out of the Fry Daddy. I had a splatter screen close at hand and quickly covered the Fry Daddy to catch the splatters. When the tofu was crisp I took them from the hot oil and sprinkled with garlic salt. They were delicious and I will make them again but not stir them. My husband made some of the wontons in the microwave following package instructions and they were not as good as the fried ones, so we will use the Fry Daddy for making them again. It is nice to only have four cups of oil to filter and reuse. You can store the filtered oil in the Fry Daddy but I prefer to use a quart jar with a tight lid.

Love this fryer so far, easy to use. Plug it in and it starts heating up to the preset temp of I believe 375. My old fryer went out on me and I wanted something smaller so the 4 cups of oil is great for me. I've made some walleye, Jalapeño poppers, fries, etc. Always comes out great and then I can put the lid on when it cools down and put it aside.

Love this! No temp control needed. Preheat for about 15 min, then it cooks everything perfectly within 3-6 min. Just have a timer on hand. It is small and cleaning is easy with the nonstick surface and there aren't a lot of parts to mess with.

Love this little fryer. Perfect for a small family, cooks evenly and easy clean up. Plus side you get to store your oil for easy reuse! I have yet to have any issues

Living alone is a challenge, and having to cook one meal is also a challenge. That is why I ordered this FRY DADDY. The first time I used it, it cooked French fries perfectly. The second time I fried shrimp, it was perfect. The third time I fried sliced potatoes, they were perfect. You gotta keep an eye on the cooking, as I did. This is an excellent product. Buy yourself one.

Esta es la 3a vez que la compro. Sale muy buena y ya no se consigue en las tiendas desde hace años. Pero aquí en Amazon la conseguí en 2020 y ahora. Deseche la anterior porque estaba ya muy pegajosa pero seguía funcionando perfectamente después de 6 años.
