Item arrived by return, as promised, and was well packaged. The flat hose is going to be so much easier for storage, and comes with everything you may need for using a constant water supply when caravanning, ie the float switch assembly. Also has attachment to enable use as a standard hose. Excellent value and can highly recommend.

very easy to kink ends leak a lot
the idea is great but the hose is so soft it kinks everytime you move it a bit and the 2 ends leak badly even after tightning up.

Brilliant item and price only thing that let it down is the hose could have been longer , but overall great value

Shocking absolute rubbish
Used for the first time today on a fully serviced pitch and all I can say is don't waste your money. Whilst the float valve assembly seems to be OK, it's the hose fittings that let it down. They are prone to flying off under low to moderate pressure and if and when they stay on they continually leak. Had to go out and buy new hose fittings today which work fine which sort of defeats the object of buying a full kit. Not recommended

Labour saving device, saves having to collect water manually.
Excellent product, works well as it should, it keeps the aquaroll topped up all the time, great when showering.

Hard to obtain correct alignment of float ball
It is hard to obtain the operating position. the float ball needs to be in a vertical operating plane and viewing this through the aquaroll filler cap is not ideal. would suggest some kind of marker on the outside attachment cap. Also the is not enough movement between the open and closed valve operations.
