I got this for my boyfriend and we fight over who gets to cuddle him. It's super soft and yes, the head is a bit alarming (it is Shrek after all, he's pretty ugly) but he's super lovable :-)

The packaging for delivery was great, the product itself was exactly what I ordered, and not only did my step-son, who is autistic and a HUGE fan of Shrek love the pillow, but I did as well.

This is a birthday present for my granddaughter next October. I think she will love it as it's her favorite character. The pillow is large and plump. Very cute!
