These are handy tools to have. If your not dropping stuff under the seat, or your socket falls out while using it then rolls way underneath the car, this is the way to retrieve it! I tend to lose small screws in the dash area when trying to mount accessories or stereo, but this magnetic retriever saves me each time. I have one in each of my vehicles and all my tool bags and box. One is always within reach!.

Work great! Strong little magnet. Just the right size for getting valve keepers out (or back into place), or removing rear axle c-clips inside the differential housing on trucks or older cars ... and of course, for fishing dropped tools out of the engine compartments of modern junk that are crammed so tight, you'd never fit your hand in. These magnets will help keep that 10mm socket in your toolbox.

I love this thing! I stitch and so use it recover dropped needles. I fish around for a dropped needle feel the pick up tool click when it's got my needle and voila! needle retrieved! I can't see where it is, but this thing's magnet is strong enough to attract the needle!

I have several retrieval tools including a couple of large magnetic ones. This bundle of three have good magnetism, strong pocket clips, and fit into those small places where the others can't reach. One for the shop, one for the kitchen tool drawer and one for my pocket.

I can easily extend these to reach into hard to get to areas to retrieve small steel items. They are indispensable for me. I just gave one to my wife to use to retrieve while using her sewing / quilting machine.

Seems to be better made than Craftsman one it replaced. I bought three to keep two as spares. I use this tool a lot and can't live without one. It gets that pesky 3mm nut or 3mm hex head screw that always gets dropped down inside what I'm working on. Stops swearing, cursing and major disassembly.

I have one in every vehicle. When I only had one I was often dropping things in hard to reach spaces and could never find the tool. Now that I have several I rarely if ever drop anything. Love 'em.

Great for finding nail, screws or anything metal. Very strong. Found a screw that dropped into the bottom dishwasher drain. Came out in a second. Would purchase again.
