My husband and I used this to save us money on family portraits. Because it comes with a remote to take the picture we were able to make that happen. It also folds down for easy storage and turns into a selfie stick. The tripod is tall enough to be set far away and still get good shots. I would recommend if you ever need to take photos with a tripod. Tripod an easily fold up and put into a suitcase.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the different levels of the tripod and the fact that each level can lock individually. Also love the Bluetooth remounted to take photos!

This is the most versatile tool that I have for vlogging! Works as a selfie stick, has the remote, and works like a tripod. I can video while I'm walking as well as kick out the stand and set it up to use without holding it. The only thing I would caution about is that sometimes the legs wear out. This is the second one I've bought. But such a great tool that I will probably continue to buy more when this one wears out.

Bought this for taking photos of rental property rooms for virtual staging. It worked really well. Then, I was at a gathering and had brought the tripod with me. Pairing my phone with the remote was super easy. Got some great photos while everyone was getting ready to pose…those are the best ones! And I was in the pic too!I gave the sturdiness a 4 because it is not heavy duty. But it is plenty well made enough for the occasional use I wanted it for.

I use it for taking family pictures with my phone or even working out and having to video my exercises it is very versatile and comes in handy

I purchased it because one of my professional videographer friends had one. I feel this is very sturdy. The remote actually works. The remote comes with a battery, so you can use it right away. Instructions tell you what kind of battery to use when you need to get one. I'm having the darnedest time trying to figure out how to open to place the battery in the remote. But like I said, it comes with an active battery. The stand is very sturdy. Can use it to hold my phone both vertically and horizontally, which was important to me.

I got this product to replace one I already had that doesn't support portrait position and is not as tall!I liked that this supports both ways and that it was not only MUCH MUCH taller than the one I owned but it can also be positioned shorter than the one i previously owned (could be handy for placing on desks! Also it accommodates much larger phones!Unfortunately I was disappointed in the way it supports portrait, I thought the attachment that holds the device is what turns, but it's the stand its self that bends (you lose a significant amount of height positioning)!I was also annoyed at the way it holds the phone. Rather than spring loaded like my old one, it has to be untested and resisted to tighten, and that's very time consuming especially if I need my phone in a pinch!The biggest thing unfortunately is that you dont nearly get as much height as is advertised for two reasons! ONE, the tripod, although can be extended all the way, is recommended to be pushed down the the floor (through the three legs) to maximize support and often times will slide down anyway. TWO, the top is so skinny, if you have a bigger phone, which you might with the appeal of a phone holder that accommodates bigger phones than most do, it will not stay up and slide down to the previous notch! You lose a good 7 inches from the height it is advertised as!I was also hugely disappointed that the sector's of the pole dont twist and lock in place as many do! It seems like such a given and simple function for these kinds of products and, obviously, would solve the sliding issue and eliminate about 3 and a half of the inches you lose! It is a little bit taller (and shorter) than my previous phone stand so I decided to keep it, but with the price point... I'm very disappointed these simple things arent present! I do feel cheated our of my money, had I known these things I would've kept looking for a better stand, especially since I've already purchased one that doesn't serve me well enough and here I am spending this much on yet another that doesn't do what I need it to! It really is not worth this price point for those reasons, I recommend looking even if you find the same product from another seller at a reasonable price then go for it!Also the remote was difficult to figure out, I did get it to work once (the second time I tried) and it took a lot of re-pairing and unpairing. I've had issues with remotes in the past, was never able to get the remote that my last stand came with to work! But the convenience of a remote is rlly cool, but it might just be a remote thing as opposed to THIS particular brands remote. Make what you want with that!

I needed this. My other tripod is heavy and this was very light weight. I'm glad to have bought this. If you want something sturdy the this not the one for you. I have not used the remote but I'm glad to have it as an option.
