I fall asleep very quickly

First, I LOVE the other Bach Pastilles (Rescue Calm, Mixed Berry are the best)! I tried these Sleep Pastilles in Black Currant (currently only flavor for Sleep Pastilles). At first, I wasn’t sure about the taste. After a few uses, I became used to it. I hope they offer a different flavor, like Mixed Berry. Otherwise, I find them to be a nice addition to my sleep regimen.

My daughter suggested I try these and for the first time ever I can remember my dreams when I wake up in the morning. This makes me think I am sleeping deep enough to get to the dream state. I wake up fewer times through the night and wake up feeling rested in the morning. I did not think I had a problem sleeping but it just got better. I take one gummy every night just before bed. One time I chewed 4 because they taste so good and the dreams were weirder than I prefer so back to just one before bed.

They work as they will help you fall sleep. I somehow bought the black currant as this was the only available flavor. Smells like cat pee (that's how someone next to me described it), the taste is not the best either. Buy it if you like black currant.

Purchased this upon recommendation of friends 'holistic' mother. I've battled insomnia for quite a while & take a small drug store supply of meds these days:( this may not meet my needs specifically, but I wake up mid-sleep with dry mouth & these lozenges are great to keep moisture in my mouth after drinking & it's unique 'cup' design allows the lozenge to 'suction cup' to the roof of my mouth, so there's no threat of swallowing during sleep ***ALWAYS USE CAUTION WHEN SLEEPING WITH SOMETHING IN YOUR MOUTH***

I have used Rescue Remedy pastilles intermittently over several decades. I like them and this particular flavor is right in my flavor palate. They work nicely when you have had a rough time, like just feeling overwhelmed with the day and need a touch of something to take the edge off. I have used them to help me go to sleep by taking them in the evening with a cup of chamomile tea and off to beddy bye I go. If you are someone who feels a bit anxious or overwhelmed at times, this is a good item to have on hand. Having it in this form is nice. It looks like a candy and no one is the wiser if you take one.
