I have issues with numbness in my arms and legs and back pain. I dread going to bed at night because it is such a struggle to get comfortable and I always wake up feeling like I've been beaten with a sack of potatoes. I got this product hoping that it would provide some relief. - Comes compressed and packed super tight in a zippered nylon bag. We couldn't get it unzipped and had to rip the bag to open it. It's not like any of these pieces were going back into that bag anyway. - The pieces deflated quickly and fully popped into their respective shapes in a matter of minutes - There was no obvious smell or apparent off-gassing - This material does NOT appear to be memory foam. The foam is very supportive. It does not mold to your body and sink the way memory foam does. It may be good for propping up in bed but does not provide the comfort of memory foam. - Pieces tend to slide against one another and do not stay put. The only velcro is on the larger piece, shown under your knees and the bolster behind your neck, which, by the way, is super firm. - I was able to arrange the pieces in the different configurations as shown in the ad, but unfortunately, this product did not help I've been only using the triangle, under knee support and I'm trying out the flat part that relieves pressure under your butt. That piece helps if I'm just sitting on it, but sleeping on it, I wind up rolling off off it every time. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me.
