I've been using egg rings for years and I've had these for quite a while. I like to keep things for a while before I review them. Here are some of the reasons why you want these: Many months use...... No chips, cracking paint, warping. Perfect weight creates a great seal at the bottom every time (heat the pan and the ring before adding egg). Perfect depth (1 inch deep). From a small egg all the way up to jumbo this ring will handle anything. Add a thin coat of butter to inside of the ring and eggs will come away clean. Hand wash.

This is a nice item, it does the trick. It is not non-stick as others have pointed out, but here is what I do to avoid 90% of the sticking that I too was getting: get your pan and the ring in it up to heat, THEN drop a pat of butter in it, let it melt and sizzle, THEN break your egg into the mold. I love my Egg Rings, I love my Egg Sammiches!

I use these daily. They are well built with quality 'heavier grade' metal. Feel substantial compared to others I have had. Easy to assemble. The red rubber grip feels substantial as well. Size is great as well for just having eggs on a plate or on breakfast sandwich. You really need to use a lot of non-stick cooking spray on theses to avoid yolk sticking. Even then it usually has something that sticks that you have to clean up. From my picture of the egg cooking it shows a pool of butter flavored cooking spray. It really needed that to pull up clean so I can flip it for an over easy egg cook. I agree with some people that it isn't heavy enough to not allow some of the egg from coming out from under the mold. I have had similar ones of a different brand that have done a better job at avoiding anything escaping the mold. It still makes a clean circle egg for breakfast sandwiches which I make often. When any egg white sticks to the mold, it requires a little extra effort to clean. Is it perfect? No, but it works well for what I need and will use them for a long time. When they need replacing, would I buy the same brand? Maybe. I would definitely check out more reviews of similar ones.

I ordered them in the evening six am the next morning I picked up the package and was cooking my eggs fifteen minutes later. The first one I cooked I put a little butter in the pan and it came out perfectly but since the rings are not non-stick it's probably a good idea to use something like Pam to make sure the egg or pancake batter does not stick. I'm very happy with the purchase.

These are well made but after using them I realized that they did not allow for even cooking and were difficult to get out of the forms! The underside was burning long before the middle and top was cooked with just one egg. I would have to say that you would need to use oil or spray oil to keep it from sticking on the pan, because the egg does slip out from under the rim before it's cooked. The handles do make it easier to remove from the pain and are not hot but you still need a knife or something to pop the egg out of the form. I saw something else that will work better so I'll probably give these away.

Love these, my new favorite kitchen gadget. Now, making the perfect McSandwich that actually tastes good, especially with the right toasted English Muffin...nooks & crannies kind!! Nothing sticks. I rarely have access to a non stick pan, so I hope it works as well with my stainless steel or cast iron, but at the airbnb this was perfection! Solid, good weight, I didn't have leakage, but, I put butter on it, sat it in the skillet and it got hot as the skillet did, so the egg really starts cooking on contact!

These egg rings work great for making uniform portions. The silicone handles stay cool which is convenient. They're easy to clean and the non-stick surface releases food easily. Size is perfect for English muffins or pancakes. The metal is sturdy enough that they hold their shape well on the griddle.

They work ok. Good weight and handles. Need to be sprayed/coated with cooking oil else cooked contents will stick to them.
