keto strips are great to check if you are in ketosis and keeping them around is important lest they go bad. I'm not sure how quickly keto strips can go bad, but I imagine ambient moisture and humidity can wreak havoc on them. I've been trying to get into ketosis to truly test these strips, but I fear I haven't been in that state in a while.

Great worth the buy

These strips do not have an expiration date even though they ALL do absolutely expire. I purchased in Jan 2025 and didn't use until April. They were showing zero ketones (which expired strips will do) even though I had cut carbs for the last 5-6 days. Bought a different brand (with 1 year exp date of 4/2026) and they show between small and moderate ketones.

This is a good set of an abundant amount of test strips that are quick reading after sampling your urine with an easy to compare color guide on the bottle. It comes with 150 test strips. This is a great way to test your keto levels if you are pursuing a keto diet. The contents of this product comes well labeled on the box and bottle, and were well sealed. Highly recommend this if you want to monitor in a convenient fashion via urine sampling. I like the value and affordability as well with the abundant amount of test strips.
