Tastes fine, a good alternative to Splenda.
Tastes great and much gentler on the stomach! This is a wonderful alternative to Splenda, which sometimes bothers my digestion. It’s very concentrated, so you only need one of the tiny scoops provided. A quick tip for the best experience: Add a tiny bit of cool water to the bottom of your cup first, sprinkle the sweetener in, and let it sit for about 3 minutes to dissolve. If you add it to a dry cup or straight into hot coffee, it tends to clump into a sticky mass on your spoon. If you give it those few minutes to dissolve in cool water first, you’ll be much happier with the results!

A little bit goes a LONG WAY!
This is a great sweetener and dissolves quickly in a hot brew. Ingredients are good, price is right - but be warned - it is VERY sweet! If you purchase this you will have to experiment with the right amount to use in hot coffee or tea.

Tastes sweet!
I was surprised by how small the jar is, but you truly need only a little bit to provide sweetness. It tastes very close to sugar. I was pleasantly surprised. Best sugar substitute I have used.

Sweetener Alternative Thoughts
I ordered this product in order to move away from using cane sugar or artificial sweeteners. This comes as a very fine, and very sweet powder. It does not contain erythritol which I liked. However, due to this issue, the volume (for the price) is quite small. I did end up adding a small amount of cane sugar for some items that required larger amounts of a sweetener or the monk fruit alone would be too sweet in that amount.. (While this isn't ideal, I would rather have this than artificial sweetener). One minor caution. When you open the lid/paper interior cover you can inadvertently cause the powder to fly up out of the container. I ended up just putting a small hole in the paper cover and just shaking the powder out. All in all, I am satisfied with this product and will purchase again.

Try it. You’ll probably like it.
So far, so good. Only had it for a day or two, but it does sweeten my coffee nicely. A tiny spoon is provided, I think the jar will last a long time. It tastes slightly different than sugar, but it’s not unpleasant. It does take a little bit of stirring to dissolve lumps. Haven’t tried it in cereal yet.

Great Taste!
I'm enjoying my monk fruit sweetener. The taste is great - very much like sugar.

Doesn't sweeten as much as it should for the price. Need about 9 scoops for a cup of tea. Also does NOT dissolve well, even in warm liquid, but especially not in cold. I have to anticipate when I want some ice tea at least a half hour in advance. I'll scoop the power into a little water and let it sit. Then I can more or less stir it until it dissolves, tho about 20% just sticks to my stir spoon. I've ordered a frother to see if that helps.

Low-Carb Baked Egg Custard Made with Monk Fruit Sweetner
This sweetner goes a long way, has no aftertaste, and no digestive upset that erythritol can sometimes cause. I love it in LOW-CARB BAKED EGG CUSTARD: (It tastes just like my grandma's.) In a 4-cup measuring cup put: 6 eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, about 12 tiny scoops of Monk Fruit Sweetner. Wisk well. Mix in milk (I use goat milk.) to the 4-cup mark. Butter glass custard cups and fill with mixure. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Bake the custard in a water bath at about 350 degrees until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. (about 15-20 minutes) Enjoy warm or chilled. Makes 6 servings. Can also be made in 3 medium pyrex bowls for 3 two-egg breakfasts topped with blueberries or other fruit.
