Love my new Nordic track. My other Nordic track finally after 25 years gave up.

Extremely Disappointed with NordicTrack’s Customer Service and Follow-Through While the product itself is decent, the service experience has been unacceptable. This is the fifth time a technician has been dispatched to fix my machine, and yet the issue remains unresolved. A basic expectation is clear: diagnose the problem, order the necessary parts, and schedule a follow-up to complete the repair. Unfortunately, that never happened. Instead, each visit ends with “you’ll need to call NordicTrack again,” forcing me to restart the entire process. This repeated cycle shows a complete lack of customer focus and accountability. There is no pride in resolving issues, and the quality of support is far below what customers deserve. If you value reliable service and efficient problem resolution, I cannot recommend this company. The product may be good, but the customer experience is frustrating and poorly managed.

Great treadmill!! Takes up more space than previous treadmill but dimensions are accurate. Very heavy, I had it assembled when delivered… Start and stop is more instant than gradual. Overall a great buy!! Easy to fold up and let back down

This treadmill worked fine for a couple of months before a noticeable change in the motor. After 6 months of use (mainly walking for 30-60 min a day) this has completely stopped working. Waste of money!!!

Nordictrack makes this treadmill as cheaply as they possibly can. On functionality: 1) When you incline or decline the deck, the footings rub against the floor and leave scratches. 2) For this specific model, the console is not so user friendly, the digital display only loops one metric at a time (speed, incline, time, distance etc.), this bugs me at running as I am not able to see time, speed and incline at the same time. 3) When you hit stop, the belt stops abruptly. Though I am not sure if it is a setting you can change, but if not, this is a big safety concern. On material quality: 1) If you think the nordictrack logos at the end of the deck are printed on, no, they are stickers. 2) The top console panels have some visible gaps after assembled. There are some good things about this treadmill, with this price tag, it is stable, heavy and sizable. The fan is strong. I also like the soft cushioning of the deck. Am I keeping this treadmill ? No, it arrived with a cracked deck on the corner. If it was not due to this reason, I may have kept it.

Have this treadmill since around the 5th of February. It has spent almost of that time nonfunctional. It took Nordic Trac Two weeks to eventually come out, they replaced the electronics and now it’s doing the same thing again.
