Often wouldn’t connect, had to keep restarting the app. Still, the camera itself worked reasonably well for a few weeks. When we brought it in to change the batteries, we noticed the interior was quite wet - obviously the unit is not sealed. There is also water behind the lenses. The unit only turns on intermittently now and the lenses are fogged up. We are going to try drying out the interior but it’s unlikely to work as soon as it goes back out in the weather.

I’ve been really happy with the Punvoe Trail Camera so far. For something this affordable, it delivers way more than I expected. The picture quality is surprisingly sharp—daytime shots look super clear, and the night vision does a solid job of picking up detail without blowing everything out. Setup was quick and painless. The menu is straightforward, and the camera reacts fast when something moves in front of it. I’ve already caught a bunch of cool wildlife clips I would’ve totally missed otherwise. Battery life has also been great, even with frequent motion triggers. I love this camera so much that I got my mom one for Christmas. I plan on getting a 2nd one for myself and will add it to the same app on my phone. Highly recommend.

This camera is good quality and takes very clear images. The mounting hardware that comes with it is nice for different positioning and adjustable angles. It is very easy to set up as well as connect to and view the images directly from your phone. The memory card is included and you can use that or combine with use of Bluetooth to view and save or delete pics in order to manage space on the memory card. Another bonus is that it also came with needed batteries. It has video capabilities as well if you need that function, but we have not used that yet so I am not sure of the sound quality. Currently we are using it as another security camera around the property and mostly daytime use but hopefully soon will be able to use it for wildlife and test out the night vision quality too. Overall for the price we paid we are very happy with this camera and recommend giving it a try if you are looking for a new trail cam and don't want to fork over a large amount of money. It's a lot better than some of the cheaper ones we have used in the past but the functionality and ease of use is just as good as one of my husband's higher priced trail cams he uses for hunting.

6 whole months of use on this camera, and it’s locked up. Can’t reset it unless it can connect to the app, which it can’t do. Flashing blue lights, and screen in the inside just blinks off and on. Pure junk.
