Very happy with this gorgeous portable CD player. Looks lovely and 'retro stylish' and the fact it looks like a record turntable is great fun. It's really nice to be able to bring back a little of the ritual of putting on a physical copy of an album (but without the expense and hassles of vinyl). Helps make music listening a mindful activity again. Sound quality is more than decent for my purposes (listening at home and art studio). As mentioned by other buyers the sound is best when the lid is closed. Great that it comes with headphone jack and can be used as a bluetooth speaker too. Haven't really needed to use the remote control so far- but handy to have I guess. Hopefully it lasts as this seems like a great little product!

I know it is so easy to just look up a song/album online but one day I just had a craving to listen to my CD collection and seeing as my laptop does not have a CD/DVD drive I looked on Amazon for one. I know it's a bit orangey for some, but it has so far drawn the attention from guests and my children who say the think it looks "cute." Good sound quality, easy to set-up and use. One thing: if you also have one of those remote operated light bulbs in the room, the remote that comes with this will control that and NOT the CD player. I have to admit I burst out laughing when it first happened to me.

Like a lot about this - looks nice as a unit, love the spinning cd with 'needle arm' effect, sound is ok, hooked up to my speaker via bluetooth easily. Had a few cut outs first day, even though plugged in, but eventually it seemed to fully charge and played a cd ok today. I will mainly keep in one place and plugged in, so don't know why, as soon as you start using it even when still plugged in, the charging light flashes when in use and for hours afterwards, which is annoying as its red and visible. Makes me a bit concerned if I did want to use on battery only. Overall I really like it so hoping it hasn't got a fault.

Looks great however reliability and functionality poor, poor sound quality. Cds skip constantly or distort doesnt hold good charge and volume turns itsself up and down on its own overall not worth it

I bought this rechargeable CD player in May 2025 and I was very happy with it. Fast forward to May 2026 and it doesn't work anymore. I got in touch with Yintiny for technical help and advice, as it was out of warranty.. they were so helpful and the customer service was first class. After a four email conversation over one week, I was absolutely amazed when they said they were sending me a new one!! One week later it arrived! First class company I recommend them highly ❤️

I'm giving 3 stars as it is a nifty little cd player in a box. Self contained battery operated. Just one thing to note because of the design there is no door cover over the cd part . So there is no safety interlock protection from the laser beam, as the false arm does doesn't cover over the laser lens area . The Laser beam can permanent damage to eyesight and if you stare into the beam. when I first noticed I made sure to not stare into the way of the beam when it started to shine upwards. The beam briefly comes on when you change modes back to cd and also comes on if you move the false arm across without a cd in . As the arm has across tells the cd player to play disc. But doesn't obscure the beam if no disc is in . I did get for a present for someone but can't really give this to someone with the laser beam safety issue .so am going to keep it for novelty / display value. I would especially caution letting children use these and similar players where no laser safety interlock cover is used and also one with transparent covers where the beam would just shine through.

Daughter loved it, and sound is good for a small item.

A cd player so great, I’ve purchased another as a gift. Two of my nieces received this pretty cd player. It works great in a variety of settings, and looks lovely on their shelf.

i’m gonna go through everything like a list lol value for money: 8/10 — the remote does feel cheap but allowing bluetooth and cd makes up for it big time sound quality: sounds good to me! the volume is easily adjustable and doesn’t sound like dollar store earbuds. i don’t have a video (it was a gift, but i’d probably buy one of these for myself) but watch someone else’s. they’re all pretty accurate battery life: seemed to charge quick. because it was a gift, i don’t know how long it lasted though. it was entirely dead when i gave it to them but that’s because i had it for days prior lol if you hear beeping while playing music, that just means it needs to be charged. take the cd out and give it some time. anyway, very good! i’d definitely recommend :]
