Excellent product! I just had blood work & BP taken at the Drs. My blood work & BP were lower. I had had trouble getting that lowered for the past 3 years on the meds. My meds had been doubled & still not much difference, but since taking this product along w/ my meds has brought my levels down. Now to get exercise involved (which I hate doing). This stuff is amazing. I have been taking it for a week now, and I have been able to stop taking my blood pressure medication.

I do like the clean ingredients and I'm sure it is great for overall health, but it did not seem to improve my blood pressure at all over 2 months of daily use. My blood pressure is in the borderline area 130s/80s (not quite high enough for meds).
