My 2 year old daughter got to play in this tent two times before three of the supports snapped and two of the ties that held the supports fell off. It was unusable after that. The pink jewel heart fell off of the princess wand on day one and had her in tears before the whole wand snapped in two. She was not being rough with the toys. She was just crawling in and out through the door of the tent. The support poles just splintered. I have no idea what they were made of, but it wasn't wood or even solid plastic. It was made of some kind of weird composite material. SUCH a disappointment because she was so excited to have a princess tent to play with her dolls in :( NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Okay so I know that it is for kids over the age of 3. But I got this for my 14 month old (she’s very advanced and acts just like a toddler) and she loves it!I had a little trouble putting it together though. The directions aren’t super specific so it took me like 30 minutes to put together.So far it seems to be pretty durable.If you are going to put it outside it comes with four tent stakes to hold it down BUT they are made of plastic and will not go into the ground unless it’s really soft dirt.So what I did was bought metal (real) tent stakes and used those instead.We will see how well it stays together!

My daughter loves the castle. It is super easy to assemble and very cute. However, after only having it for four days, the fabric is already torn in two places. The tent is assembled by 4 rods that fit together and then slip into pockets on the bottom and the top of the inside of the tent keeping the rods in place. The rods give the support to hold the tent up. There are 2 holes or rips in the fabric from the rods poking through. My little one doesn’t notice, of course, but I don’t think this new favorite toy of hers will last much longer.

My wife and I bought the Kiddy Princess Castle Play Tent for our grand daughters who are 5 and 3 years old.My wife was looking for a toy they both would enjoy together, and it needed to be portable.It was a big hit with them as they spent much of their play time Christmas day inside the play castle.When asked if they liked it, they both responded "we love it"The item was just as described online and seems to be well made.Lastly, it is re-packable and fits in the provided carry bag, and doesnt take up much space, which is important because they took it with them when they flew back home to their place.5 stars

HiRegretfully am very disappointed with the product . Basically I assembled the tent, my 3yr old and 6yr old entered it, within 5 minutes I heard “Daddy it broke”One of the rods had bent around the metal joint, definitely the result of the kids in close quarters but you’d hope it would be a little more durable. But that’s not the main problem.The material appeared to have frayed at the joint where it had bent. I attempted to reinsert the rod into the joint. Whatever material is in the rod had splintered and unfortunately I can feel little splinters in my finger now.The little white shards appeared around the base of the tent. I’m not sure if it’s fiberglass but def don’t what kids ingesting it based on the pain on my fingers.

Bought this for my 5year olds birthday. Best purchase ever!! Arrived early, super easy to put together in fact my 8 year old son put it together for his sister in about 5 minutes. Love that the door can be rolled up or left down and that it has a bottom to the tent. For $27 dollars this is the best little tent for a princess and even my son said, " this is so cool, I don't even care that's its pink" Needless to say I will be purchasing the army style equivalent for him for Xmas. I suggest that if you have a boy and girl within the age bracket to do the same otherwise they will both be wanting to play in it. Comes with a great little vase thst you can easily put away or take to travel with for playdate in the park or friends house. Easily fits a 5, 8,9 year old inside at the same time with room to play. My kids love playing with their pretend kitchen toys inside it.

This is very cute and my 1 year old daughter really liked it. However the ties that are supposed to hold the poles in place on the inside mostly all ripped off within the first week, and the poles will not stay in place without being tied. There is no alternative and no way to repair it, other than take a sturdy clip and clip the poles to the tent from the outside. It's very cheap and poorly made. I guess you get what you pay for, but even the little crown and wand it came with, all the little "jewels" popped right off the first day, which are a total choking hazard. I'd suggest looking around and buying something more durable -- this thing is very cheap and unusable if the little ties rip off your tent (which probably will happen).

It’s an excellent product for kids to enjoy. My 7 year old used to construct her own tent everyday using dining table chairs and bed spread that used to make a mess in her room. I bought this tent and she is excited to play with it everyday. It is very good and the colors are easy on eyes. Worth the money you spend. It is also portable and includes pegs in the kit that can be used to hold the tent when camping outdoors. Overall I am satisfied with the product.
