This flavor tastes great and I like how easy this is to use. During a recent trip to Singapore these were a life saver. I was getting dizzy and had a horrible headache from the heat and humidity until I remembered I had some packets of liquid IV in my bag. I drank half a packet in my water bottle every day and didn't get heat sick anymore.

This is a great way to have hydration with a flavored water. It's only recommended to have one packet a day, so I add mineral salts to the next waters. I love the White Peach flavor!

I mix these with a Mio flavored water for a really tasty drink.

LOVE LIQUID IV!! the sugar free versions are perfect and exactly what I need to increase my sodium intake. White peach is great but SF watermelon one is top tier!
