I have an inexpensive ivanez that i carry in my r.v. guitar always sounds tinney. will these strings help eliminate some of that?

Sorry, can't speak for your guitar, but these strings do not make my guitar sound tinny at all....nice rich melodic sound that is very clear and musical. I have a Adirondack spruce/mahogany acoustic.

How long do they last?

I have not had them long enough to tell but I gave them a hell of a workout this weekend and they seem fine!

Are the first and second "silver" in color or do they have a"brass" or "bronze" color?

Yes the high E and B are silver. Rest are bronze wound. The sound is amazing
