WARN 87775 Front Bumper Elite w/o Tubes - Jeep Wrangler 2012

The bumper was great. Installation was generally easy and high quality. A couple of issues encountered for my 2010 Rubicon, first was the wiring needed to be extended for both sides and second the trying to get to the fasteners in the tight corners were very challenging for a mechanics hands. I recommend that Warn provide two wiring extension kits and then weld the nut on the two hard to get to fasteners points. All in all a all it worked well and looks nice.

I was pretty happy with this bumper. It was packed great! Arrived on a pallet and a very heavy cardboard box. There was a small scratch on the top that I would have preferred wasn't there, but it is for rugged duty so I tried to ignore. Installation went pretty well. I tend to worry every detail so I spent more time than I have seen others say it took to install, probably 8 to 10 hours total. Of course, if I were to install another one it would go very fast. The vacuum canister relocation was a bit of a pain and I was concerned it was going to interfere with the anti-sway bar on my 2014 Rubicon, it turned out to be very close to this bar and a metal tube running along the bottom front of the radiator. I ended up pushing the metal tube up a little to provide more clearance. In the end it did fit ok.I had read other reviews saying that the extension to the fog light wiring on one side (as stated in the directions) needed to be applied to both sides. I cut the provided wires in half and they worked fine to extend the wiring on both sides. I just had to add another 4 splice connectors to do the other side.I would definitely buy this bumper again. It looks great! It matches the lines of the front of the jeep and the front fenders very well.I also installed a Warn Zeon 10-s winch. I can't wait to try them both out off road.

I received this product and returned due to it was a little damaged, I think Warn must improve the way they are packaging this prodict, the bummper is just nice

Great construction and fit. I was very impressed with the quality of the welds on this bumper. It also lined up perfectly with the mounting holes and brackets on the Jeep's frame. Having a friend and a stool to help position it was a great aid. Yeah, the instructions are not the best, but you'll figure it out. I do like that I was able to retain the stock fog lights, and that my Rugged Ridge fit with ease.I have had it for almost 2 years now and it is still looking great. The finish is pretty tough, but I've dinged it on a few things. Just find some matt black touch-up paint and you're golden. It's also very strong. 1/8" steel for the shell, 1/4" for the structural section that mounts to your frame and where you mount your winch to. I highly doubt it meets European pedestrian safety standards. ;)Oh, and you're going to need a front leveling kit with this bumper if you're also getting a winch. The bumper and winch (with synthetic line) sunk the front end of my '12 Wrangler just about 1" so budget that too.

Bumper is solid. Fits nice. My only gripes are that the fog lamp bezels are kind of cheesie and the powder coat job is weak. UPS must have been playing football with my bumper because all the pieces were loose and one of the bezels was broken. The bumper had scratches which started rusting immediately. Warn replaced the broken bezel without any problem, but took two weeks to receive it.

GREAT LOOKING FIT WITH THE 2014 RUBICON. INSTALL WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD. IT DID COME WITH EXTRA HARDWARE THAT WAS NOT USED AND INSTRUCTIONS REFERRED TO SPACERS THAT WERE NOT USED. CHECK THE BOTTOM OF THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CORRECT REVISION, THE NEWEST VERSION IS 87926A7 FOR THE 2014 RUBICON. THE BOX CONTAINS .....A3 WHICH DESCRIBES AND SHOWS PARTS NOT USED. OLD INSTRUCTIONS CAN ALSO BE FOUND ONLINE SO LOOK CLOSE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. CALLED TECH. SUPPORT AND GOT INSTALLATION CLEARED UP. NOTE DO NOT INSTALL FOG LAMP BEZEL AND LIGHT INSERT TUBE BEFORE YOU PUT THE BUMPER ON. YOU NEED TO REACH THE TOP FRAME BUMPER BOLT USING THIS AREA. THE FIRST PAGES OF THE INSTRUCTIONS SHOW THIS STEP, BUT YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL THE BUMPER IS ON.

Not so much with the bumper, more with the packaging and missing all the bolts, nuts and light mounting brackets. I only received the bumper piece

This is a very strong and well built bumper. The installation is time-consuming and something of a challenge. The most tedious part is installing the fog lights. Its a great bumper you'll be proud of when you're done but its not a fast install.
