Excellent 16" x 16" photo reproduction from a cell phone photo. This came quickly and was for a person in the hospital who misses his dog. He can hold the pillow on his lap until he can hold his real pup in person when he is well! He was delighted. His wife cried! I ordered the pillow insert which made it ready to give immediately. I might have wished for the photograph to be centered a little better, but overall I found the product quite satisfactory. The fabric is good quality, not too thin like some similar products I have seen. The color is good. I would buy it again, and I will probably purchase more in the future. It's a great keepsake of a lost pet.

Pretty dang disappointed! I made sure to adjust my photo as-needed based on the preview. I left plenty of room around the logo yet somehow they still sewed over the image. Be careful! The fabric itself seems thick and decent quality, but the ruined image completely defeated the purpose so just 1 star
