Absolute favorite brand AND flavor...
My husband and I have tried EVERY hydration packet drink out there and this is our favorite. It's salty and a little sour and a little sweet...but the taste isn't overwhelming. I am very picky and can't stand the sweet drinks or the ultra artificial flavors. I sip it all day after a workout and I think it definitely helps to keep me hydrated!! I can't help but think it would be great with a little lime and tequila (!!).

More energy and good health
I’m a tennis teaching professional and 10-12h on the tennis court a day and just drinking water before but the other day got cramped my leg while seeping so I needed the electrolytes drinks. I tried the nu- salt but not taste good at all then I found out this PROMIX salted watermelon. I usually put some salt my watermelon so taste like that. So taste good. Since I’ve been taking everyday now about 2 weeks no cramps and I feel more energy even hot summer 90F! I highly recommend to everyone.

Best electrolyte
One of the best electrolytes I’ve ever had I love the taste. Comes in convenient individual packets that are easy to grab in go. I keep a few in my diaper bag. So handy and keeps my whole family hydrated

Salty taste but clean ingredients
I love that these have great clean ingredients however the taste is very salty. The overall flavor is good but with it being so salty, I do like to mix it with a Prebiotic soda to cut down on the salt flavor. Perfect for a loaded water where you are mixing additional drinks that mask the salty taste. These mix quickly with water. I feel like they are a little bit pricey but I'm willing to pay that for the clean quality ingredients that are in Promix.

Taste amazing
Love these! They’re super convenient and taste amazing. I used to drink gatorlyte when dehydrated but made the switch to these and they work great!! I put them in my water bottle and shake it and they dissolve well.

No no no no. Texture of sand. Horrible
Does not dissolve in water. Leaves a weird chemical residue in the bottom of your glass. Tastes like sand and gets stuck in your teeth like literal sand. I don’t want to drink sand. At $50 plus why would I eat a glass of sand. Not good. Overly produced on marketing on insta and is a total waste of money. Just go get pink Himalayan salt for 10$ and give yourself electrolytes that’s way.

Great Flavor, Super Hydration!!
I have tried several brands and these are the ones I like most! Flavorful but not too sweet, not heavy with the salt, feel refreshed and hydrated every time I use one. Will buy again.....SOON!

Too salty for me
This is too salty for me. The flavor is ok but I think I would try to find something that doesn't taste like pure salt.
