Paizo Starfinder Flip-Mat: Cantina

Very colorful, great for mini combat, each one inch square depicts about a half meter or two feet. Doesn't really depict a large area. There is no description, key or legend - it's up to you to figure out what the stuff on the map is supposed to represent. It is coated cardstock and it folds for storage although repeatedly folding and unfolding cardstock isn't always a great thing, but they aren't terribly expensive.

This is my second Flip mat that I have purchased, one of which was for Pathfinder. I wanted a pre-made cantina for my players to come across (For easy use of reusable assets, simply say that there is a company that has a cookie cutter layout of the cantina across the galaxy). One side has the dark and gritty hole in the wall that you could find some of the most dangerous people staying in. The other side turns the neon lights all the way up as it resembles more of a nightclub and is very high class. Perfect for a crime lord on a wealthy planet to own to deal in shady business. Overall, I think this is a good purchase.

Both sides are very detailed and work great. Does exactly what it's supposed to do: you can use markers on it, and then wipe off later. One of the 2 sides is very pretty, with purple and chrome colors. Please note that neither side matches the nightclub in "Incident at Absalom Station" where a big encounter happens, but I used it for that encounter anyway and it ran very smoothly. Once you unfold this flip-map, refold it the other way, unfold it, refold it, etc. you can get it to lay very flat. You could use the same map outside Starfinder, like for any scifi or contemporary era nightclub/tavern. All around, I am a very happy customer with this flip-map.

Excellent addition to any game session. Both the maps are extremely useful in not just bars, but to depict any building really. My only complaint is that it's only two maps.

I love the table top system and I like have a super erasable map that I can use over and over again.
