I've gotten magic kits in the past for my son but this has by far been the best. The quality of the tricks in it are great. From the thumb for making the hanky "disappear" to the large version of the disappearing boxes (plural) there is a lot for an inspiring young magician in here. Highly recommend.

My child is excited about magic tricks and is still getting the hang of it, this is a great set for our purposes! We already have an older set that has some of the same tricks in it but that is OK, the pieces break easily and get lost so good to have backups. My child is younger than this age range but I think the tricks are still doable for him. The box is cute and it does have a lot of tricks inside. I wish the inside were a little nicer, the plastic shell and lid feels a little cheap and I really wish it came with a bag or reusable container for all these little pieces to go into. I have a feeling some of the bits will get shuffled around and lost around the house. I also wish I could find a magic set that comes with the hat and cape that these kits all seem to advertise and show in the photos...I was not exactly expecting those for this price but it would be so nice to find that. But overall this is going to be a really fun magic set and hours of fun for my child!
