It does not work for the wireless charging though it does provide good protection to the airpods. This silicon cover needed to be taken out every single time when it has to be placed on the wireless charger.

I bought the orange case, and it is a very bright, neon color. totally different from what is advertisedquality is otherwise good, I've used the dark green one for a long time with my other AirPods and it's great.
