This has been an incredible, life-changing device for me.I have a stressful job; but who doesn’t?This device puts me to sleep almost instantly, and I wake up with it still on my chest, so I know I have remained in the same position all night.I’ve also found deep relaxation from just one 10-min session when I’ve used it on breaks at work. It acts as a total reset, and my heart rate drops to a very relaxed 53 beats per min!I did have some problems getting it to connect, but customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced, and I got it connected!I do recommend this to others. It’s cheaper in the long run, and healthier, than other ways people “medicate” their anxiety with a glass of wine, eating to excess, etc.If you purchase it on Amazon, you have nothing to lose if it doesn’t help you; just return during the return window. I’m not returning mine, though!

I believe this is helping but you can only listen to their selected music. Would be nice if the device would work with any music. Mine shuts off randomly & has some glitches sometime which is annoying but when it works it’s nice

The packaging and device design are done well enough. The battery life is pretty good. It doesn't seem to work for me and I hate the fact that you have to use their app with their awful "soundscapes" to make it work. It hijacks your phone so if you try to listen to something you find relaxing it just stops the device. I think it's a scam based on pseudoscience and the people who think it works are just getting the placebo effect. Definitely not worth the $350 I wasted on it.

This has helped me and my family more times than I can count. Many times when we were on the verge of thinking about going to the ER. Helped bring heart rate down. Calm the autonomic nervous system. Calm anxiety. Improve blurry vision when my nervous system is sympathetic. I’ve worn it to bed and at work. Whenever my nervous system is in fight or flight.

For the price one would think an app requiring a hefty subscription would not be necessary, but it is in order to access all the features. Had I known in advance I would have bought a different device.
