If you like great chocolate, and I mean GREAT chocolate, you probably buy Belgian, Swiss, or Dutch. They are in a league by themselves, DELICIOUS chocolate. This American-made chocolate sauce is just as delicious. I could eat a bowl-full of the stuff. Great to make chocolate shakes or to spread on top of desserts. But it is a LOT of chocolate.

I absolutely love Ghirardelli premium sauce. I’ve experimented with other brands just to see if I was missing out on something better, but nothing quite matches the balance and consistency of this sauce. Every time I try something new, I end up returning to Ghirardelli. It’s reliable, tastes great, and consistently delivers that cafe quality result at home.

This is the best chocolate sauce. I would buy it more often but it's so expensive. For customers who haven't tried this before, I wouldn't bother with the pump. The product is too thick for it to be useful. Stand the bottle upside-down for a few minutes before use, then just squeeze the bottle. When this doesn't work anymore, cut the bottle open and scape the rest into an airtight container. I know this may seem like a lot of work but I feel this syrup is worth it.
